Yannick Rieu received the 2006 “Oscar Peterson” prize for the quality of his art and his outstanding contribution to the evolution of canadian jazz.
He has received grants from the Canada Council for the Arts , Musicaction and the Conseil des Arts et des Lettres du Québec on several occasions, which have helped him continue his research and composition activities. |
